We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. The Merchandiser will play a key role in managing client relationships, coordinating product development, and ensuring smooth execution across the supply chain.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the production and sale of knitted garments, from initial design to final delivery. This involves a range of tasks, including sample development, costing, production planning, and quality control.
Act as a key point of contact between buyers, suppliers, and the factory, ensuring that orders are executed smoothly and efficiently to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
Qualifications and Requirements
Form 5 graduated or above;
3-5 years working experience in relevant filed is preferred;
Experience with following up order on placement and production is required;
Experience in working and communicating with clients in English;
Experience in working and communication with factories in Mandarin;
Fluent in both written and spoken English & Mandarin
Proficient PC knowledge and basic knowledge of MS Office.

Coordinate the full product lifecycle from initial concept through to bulk production. Ensuring alignment with client expectations and internal standards.
Support the merchandising team in resolving production, sourcing, and quality challenges through practical and cost-effective solutions.
Manage supplier relationships, including vendor selection, price negotiation, delivery scheduling, and risk management to maintain a flexible and reliable supply chain.
Act as a client-facing representative who builds and maintains strong client relationships through effective verbal and written communication and timely support.
Monitor product and material quality across internal processes and external vendors to ensure consistency and compliance.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Form 5 graduated or above;
10 or more years of experience in merchandizing or related position, preferably in knitwear garments;
Minimum 3 years' experience leading and training junior staff;
Proven experience in order follow-up, including placement and production coordination;
Strong team player who can work independently with a proactive mindset;
Detail-oriented, and adaptable to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment;
Strong communication and writing skills in both English, Cantonese and and Mandarin;

We are seeking an experienced Production and Quality Control Manager to oversee the full production cycle — from sample development to bulk shipment — ensuring smooth operations & quality standards, assist with production cost control, and maintain strong collaboration with our factories and customers.
Location: Hong Kong office with frequent travel to factories in China
Key Responsibilities:
Factory operations: Monitor and follow-up on production across partner factories, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery.
Sample development: Assist with proto and salesman sample creation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.
Issue resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve challenges from sampling through to production.
Factory relationships: Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with factories.
Compliance and standards: Ensure factories meet company principles, values, and international compliance standards.
Customer visits: Accompany customers during factory visits, providing professional guidance and support.
Audit coordination: Assist third-party factory audits, coordinating between auditors, factories, and the Hong Kong office.
Qualifications:
Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of knitwear production processes, materials, and quality standards.
Factory experience: Proven track record of working directly with factories, especially in China.
Leadership ability: Skilled in managing operations and guiding teams.
Communication skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with factories, colleagues, auditors, and international customers.
Problem-solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to manage complex production challenges.
Audit experience: Familiarity with third-party audits and compliance requirements.
Factory management experience: Minimum 10 years of knitwear factory management experience.
Technical knitwear experience: Minimum 15 years of technical knitwear experience.
Language fluency: Must be fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese. Fluency in English is a bonus.

Analyse industry trends and consumer preferences within the knitwear sector to support product development and positioning.
Perform detailed sales analysis and develop balanced scorecards to evaluate business performance and support strategic decision-making.
Create and manage content for seasonal publications, company newsletters and LinkedIn to strengthen brand visibility and client relationships.
Assist in planning and executing trade shows and industry events to showcase our products and connect with potential clients.
Support the development and execution of branding strategies to strengthen market presence and brand identity.
Contribute fresh ideas and support the rollout of new initiatives that drive innovation and company growth.
Provide support on ad-hoc projects across departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in branding and marketing, business development, event management or a similar role is preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
Strong skills in communication, stakeholder management, and event coordination.
Proactive mindset, hands-on attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; experience with design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
Fluency in English and Cantonese is required.
Willingness to travel to support business development activities.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Development Manager.
